Lateness: if you are running more than 10 minutes late for any half hour waxing appointment we will have to reschedule.
If you are running more than 5 minutes late for a brazilian wax appointment we will have to reschedule.
Facial/Vacial must arrive 10 minutes prior to appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will lose deposit or have to pay a cancellation fee.
$25 cancellation fee charged, per 1/2 hour appointment.
