Cancellation Policy

Lateness: if you are running more than 10 minutes late for any half hour waxing appointment we will have to reschedule.

If you are running more than 5 minutes late for a brazilian wax appointment we will have to reschedule.

All facials must arrive 10 minutes prior to appointment.

Any appointment that is an hour or longer will require credit card information to hold appointment. If you do not call within 24 hours to cancel, you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
